Shipment period, day D and port of loading
- The contract sets the shipment period; we confirm day D with you when the vessel is booked.
- The container is loaded on D − 1, so the stages in the table end the day before D.
- The time from deposit to the ready date depends on stock and packing materials; we state it in the quotation.
- Orders are normally full container loads; smaller quantities can be discussed.
- Containers are stuffed and sealed at our facility in Dong Nai and shipped from a port in the Ho Chi Minh City area, such as Cat Lai or Cai Mep; the port of loading is stated in the contract.
Documents at each stage

- Approved packing specification and artwork
On the loading day
- Container loading record and photos: cleanliness, dryness, loading sequence and final seal

After the container leaves our warehouse and clears export customs
- Bill of lading draft for your check: shipper, consignee, notify party, ports, marks, quantity, weights, container and seal numbers, freight
- Final commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of origin, when required; its form, and any preferential treatment under a trade agreement, depend on the rules of origin that apply to the product and the destination
- Certificate of weight and quality, issued in-house or by an independent inspector as agreed
- Phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, when required

Release of documents
- The complete scanned set is emailed from an @leduongcashew.com address for your check.
- After you confirm the drafts, the documents are released as your payment term provides: under T/T terms, once payment is made, the originals go by courier or the bill of lading is released by telex; under D/P, CAD or L/C terms, the original documents go through the banks. If a sea waybill is agreed instead of a bill of lading, it is issued at shipment and its copy is part of the scanned document set.
