Roasted from selected Whole White kernels
Unsalted Roasted Cashew Kernels are testa-free finished kernels made by roasting selected WW kernels without added salt. Buyers can choose UW160, UW180, UW210, UW240, UW320 or UW450. Each UW code identifies the corresponding source WW size, while Orchid, Lotus, Jasmine or Daisy defines the source-kernel specification before the finished roast profile is approved.
The UW code identifies the corresponding source WW size. The Orchid, Lotus, Jasmine or Daisy specification controls source-kernel appearance and tolerances. The finished-product specification separately confirms roast colour, flavour, moisture, broken tolerance, packing and acceptance method.

The WW specification describes the selected raw material before roasting. Finished-product moisture is normally requested at 2–3% and is confirmed separately in the signed Unsalted Roasted Cashew Kernels specification.

Unpeeled Salt-Roasted (A)
Roasted with salt and supplied with the natural testa, using the Sai Gon, Da Nang or Ha Noi series.
Unsalted Roasted (UW)
Testa removed, roasted without added salt and produced from a selected WW size and WW specification.
Finished-product quotation points
- Product grade: UW160, UW180, UW210, UW240, UW320 or UW450, mapped to the corresponding WW source size.
- Source specification: Orchid, Lotus, Jasmine or Daisy.
- Finished moisture target: 2–3% for the roasted product.
- Broken customization: 3%, 5%, 7%, 10% or 15%, subject to feasibility and the approved specification.

- Approved tin or vacuum PE packing code, pallet or non-pallet loading, quantity and destination.
Packing and documents
Select one or more approved configurations from the Le Duong Packaging, Labelling & Palletizing Standard. The quotation form includes four tin formats and three vacuum PE formats, plus pallet or non-pallet loading.
