Updated 8 August 2026. Le Duong’s downloadable sample records 32,650.9 MT, US$238,891,656 in declared value and a weighted average of approximately US$7.32/kg across 1,382 unique declarations in its source workbook.
The workbook methodology says all records were included, including rows hidden by spreadsheet filters. That is useful disclosure about workbook handling, but the sample does not identify an official customs extraction, HS-code scope, currency-normalisation procedure or reconciliation with TÜİK. The figures must therefore be presented as sample-dataset coverage, not Turkey’s final official calendar-year import total.

Executive snapshot and limitations
| Metric | Sample result | Limit to record |
|---|---|---|
| Covered volume | 32,650.9 MT | Workbook total across shown records, not independently reconciled to official national data |
| Covered value | US$238,891,656 | Declared value in the source workbook |
| Weighted average | US$7.32/kg | Mixed grades, terms and months |
| Unique declarations | 1,382 | Not the same as importer count, container count or contract count |
| Missing month | July absent from the monthly table | Prevents a complete calendar-year seasonality claim |
| Provisional month | December: 73.0 MT and 3 declarations | Report itself says December is incomplete |
| Price outliers | Several maximum fields show thousands of US$/kg | Min/max corridors should not be used before unit and parsing review |

Monthly records published in the sample
| Month | Unique declarations | Quantity (MT) | Declared value (US$) |
|---|---|---|---|
| January | 48 | 2,371.9 | 17,627,447 |
| February | 26 | 1,163.1 | 8,721,809 |
| March | 56 | 3,602.9 | 27,118,742 |
| April | 71 | 3,698.8 | 27,310,619 |
| May | 76 | 3,946.2 | 28,971,766 |
| June | 57 | 3,402.3 | 25,394,621 |
| July | Not shown | Not shown | Not shown |
| August | 56 | 3,311.5 | 23,963,327 |
| September | 56 | 4,020.5 | 28,538,883 |
| October | 66 | 3,867.3 | 27,455,868 |
| November | 65 | 3,193.5 | 23,257,600 |
| December | 3 | 73.0 | 530,975 |
September is the largest published month at 4,020.5 MT, followed by May and October. That does not prove a recurring seasonal peak. The series contains only one year, July is absent, and December is provisional. Multi-year complete data are required before scheduling procurement around a claimed seasonal pattern.
Grade mix derived from the sample tables
Summing the CFR, CIF and FOB quantities shown by grade produces the following approximate breakdown. The total differs from the executive snapshot by about 0.2 MT because displayed values are rounded.
- WW320: approximately 10,286.5 MT
- Unspecified/other descriptions: approximately 8,528.0 MT
- WW240: approximately 7,270.6 MT
- WW180: approximately 4,053.4 MT
- SP: approximately 1,048.9 MT
- WS: approximately 918.5 MT
- SW: approximately 366.7 MT
- WW160: approximately 162.5 MT
- LP: approximately 16.0 MT
The data suggest strong covered volume in WW320, WW240 and WW180. However, unspecified descriptions account for roughly 8,528 MT—about one quarter of the sample. Grade shares should not be treated as final until those product descriptions are reviewed against a controlled mapping dictionary.
For buying decisions, grade codes must be tied to a signed specification. Review Le Duong’s cashew product portfolio and market specification guide.
Trade-term mix by quantity
Adding the quantities displayed in the grade-by-Incoterm tables gives approximately:
- FOB: approximately 16,304.1 MT, or 49.9%
- CFR: approximately 8,274.1 MT, or 25.3%
- CIF: approximately 8,072.9 MT, or 24.7%
