Vietnam Cashew Export 2025: Lessons for B2B Buyers

Vietnam Cashew Export 2025

Vietnam remained an important cashew-processing and export origin in 2025, but origin alone did not guarantee a successful purchase. The most useful lessons for B2B buyers came from specification control, supplier verification, shipment planning and disciplined documentation.

Compare offers on the same specification

Price comparisons are meaningful only when grade, count or size, moisture, broken tolerance, defects, crop or production period, packing and net weight are aligned. A lower offer may reflect a different product condition or scope.

Separate industry scale from supplier capability

National export figures do not prove the capacity, performance or shipment history of an individual company. Buyers should assess the legal entity, facility, product scope, lot records and commercial references relevant to the proposed transaction. Le Duong Cashew does not describe itself through unsupported volume or “leading exporter” claims.

Verify certification and sustainability statements

Organic, Halal, environmental and food-safety certifications must be checked by operator, facility, activity, product scope and validity. This article does not claim that Le Duong Cashew has internationally certified organic product lines or that all company packaging is eco-friendly. Any required attribute must be confirmed in writing for the actual order.

Approve the lot and packing plan

Use a representative sample and written specification. Confirm inner packaging, carton strength, labeling, lot coding, container condition, loading method and seal details. Agree on inspection and testing before production when the buyer’s market or application requires it.

Fix the document scope before deposit

The required set may include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary, fumigation, health or test records, depending on the product, destination and contract. Responsibility, wording and issue timing should be agreed early.

Use a clear claim and payment process

Define payment milestones, inspection rights, shipment timing, claim window, evidence requirements and remedies. Commercial clarity protects both parties when markets or logistics change.
