Sample policy
Our cashew samples are free of charge up to 200 g per grade; above that, a sample fee applies. You pay the courier fee, and we credit 100% of the courier fee against the value of your first contract.

How the sample process works
- Your requirements Grade, quality level, packing, destination and volume.
- Indicative offer We agree an indicative price range and the basic terms: delivery term, payment term and shipment period.
- Photos and videos We show you representative lots, so you can review the appearance before anything is shipped.
- Physical samples We select representative lots and pack the samples to export standard, in the quantity and format that suit the grade you asked for.

If you go ahead with the purchase, the courier fee is credited in full, so sample shipping costs you nothing.
Prices and validity
Validity date on every quotation
Cashew prices follow the international market: raw nut costs, exchange rates and freight. Every quotation states the date until which its price is valid. If the contract is signed after that date, we confirm the price again before signing.
Paying the courier fee safely
Bank transfer
Pay by bank transfer against the proforma invoice we send for the courier fee and any sample fee.
Bank details by official email only
Our bank details appear only on proforma invoices and sales contracts sent from an official @leduongcashew.com email address.
Check before paying
Before paying, check the beneficiary name, bank name and account number against our proforma invoice. If you receive an "updated bank account" message or any other payment instruction from another source, do not pay: contact us first on WhatsApp +84 886 10 66 77 or at sales@leduongcashew.com.
Customs documents for samples
Invoice and packing list
Samples travel with a commercial or non-commercial invoice and a packing list.
Import rules by country
Import rules for food samples differ by country. Tell us about any permit, label or document your customs require, and we will prepare the shipment accordingly.
Charges at destination
Import duties, taxes and clearance charges at destination, if any, are not included in the free sample, the sample fee or the courier-fee credit.
