Quality control for export cashew kernels should be based on defined specifications, representative samples and recorded checks. Technology can support inspection, but buyers should evaluate the measurable output rather than rely on unsupported labels such as “AI-powered” or unverified accuracy percentages.
Start with an approved specification
The buyer and supplier should confirm the commercial grade, count or size basis, moisture limit, broken tolerance, permitted defects, foreign-matter limit, sensory expectations, packing format, net weight and labeling. Product photographs are useful, but they do not replace a written specification and approved sample.
Control incoming and in-process material
Raw and semi-processed material should remain identifiable through receiving, storage and production. Sorting equipment and trained inspectors may be used together to remove off-grade kernels and visible defects. The relevant evidence is the inspection record, sampling method and result for the finished lot.
Check moisture and physical condition
Moisture affects texture, shelf stability and shipment risk. Results should be linked to the lot and measured with maintained equipment. Buyers should also define how broken kernels, scorched or discolored kernels, insect damage and foreign matter are assessed.
Verify packing before dispatch
Confirm inner packaging, vacuum integrity where applicable, carton strength, coding, net weight, pallet or floor-loading method and container condition. Photographs should show the product, packing line, carton marks, container number and seal in a traceable sequence.
Use independent inspection when needed
For higher-risk or first transactions, the parties can agree on an independent inspection and testing scope before production. The contract should identify who appoints the inspector, the sampling standard, acceptance criteria and how conflicting results will be handled.
What Le Duong Cashew provides
Le Duong Cashew bases commercial discussions on product specifications, lot information, agreed samples and shipment documents. We do not use an unverified technology-accuracy percentage as proof of quality. Buyers should request the records and checks relevant to their own market and application.
