• Data received from Meta/WhatsApp: when you contact us through WhatsApp Business, we may receive the phone number or WhatsApp identifier used to contact us, profile/display information made available by WhatsApp, message content, and message or delivery metadata necessary to provide the service.

4. WhatsApp Business and Meta

Le Duong uses the WhatsApp Business Platform and related Meta services to communicate with business contacts. When you send a message to our WhatsApp Business number, Meta/WhatsApp processes information in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices, and may transmit relevant message and account data to Le Duong so that we can receive and respond to your communication.

We use WhatsApp data only for legitimate business communication, customer support, RFQ processing, service continuity, security and other purposes described in this Policy. We do not sell WhatsApp user data.

5. AI-assisted processing and human review

Some Le Duong Chatbox and customer-support functions may use artificial intelligence or automated processing to understand a message, identify relevant approved information, translate content, prepare a draft response, collect missing RFQ details or determine whether a human team member should review the conversation.

Automated processing is used to support our business team, not to make legally significant decisions about an individual. Authorized staff may review or take over conversations where commercial judgment, clarification, exception handling or other human supervision is appropriate.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal data as appropriate on one or more of the following grounds: your consent or clear request to communicate with us; steps necessary to respond to a request or enter into or perform a business relationship; our legitimate interests in operating and securing our B2B services and responding to business inquiries; and compliance with legal obligations.
