Grades, Packaging & Palletization

Grades available: WW160, WW180, WW240, WW320; plus A180 (salt-roasted) for value-added programs. In addition, we support two proven packaging formats: vacuum PE (10 kg / 20 kg per bag, carton-packed with desiccant) and tins (11.34 kg / 22.68 kg per carton). Palletization is typically ≤ 1.8 m including pallet for safe handling; higher stacks can be arranged if your lane permits. Private label and bilingual side/end-panel labeling are available with supplied artwork (English/Arabic).

Quality Targets & Compliance

For WW grades we target Moisture < 4.9% and Broken < 7% as typical benchmarks, with tighter specs by request. For instance, A180 (salt-roasted) follows process controls with defined oil/salt ranges per spec sheet. We can align aflatoxin testing frequency and reporting to your buyer’s program and provide Non-GMO / Allergen statements when required. Our handling and language are Halal-ready; however, if you require formal Halal certification, please inform us so we can align audit scope and timing.

CNF vs. CFR — and What You Handle in Aqaba

Terminology: Many buyers still say “CNF”, while the official Incoterms 2020 term is CFR (Cost and Freight). Under CFR/CNF, the seller covers ocean freight to Aqaba; however, insurance is not included—buyers usually arrange cargo insurance (or request a switch to CIF). In Aqaba, you should plan for destination THC/port fees, D/O, customs/inspection, and any local lab tests requested by your broker or client.

Documents for Jordan (Aqaba)

A standard file for kernels includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate (if required by buyer/route), Aflatoxin Test Report (if required), and Non-GMO/Allergen statements (if required). However, your customs broker has the final say—share their checklist and we will mirror it in the draft set before shipment.

Lead Time, Booking & Manufacturing Footprint

Lead time depends on grade mix (WW160/WW180/WW240/WW320 and/or A180), chosen packaging, vessel space, and any pre-shipment reports. Moreover, we recommend locking plans in monthly or quarterly blocks to secure allocations during peak windows. Our manufacturing footprint—raw kernels at Thon 7, Long Ha Commune and white/roasted-salted at Thon Tan Luc, Phu Rieng Commune, Dong Nai Province (previously part of Binh Phuoc before July 1, 2025)—supports consistent output for Jordan and neighboring markets.
