Harvesting and drying
Cashews are harvested and dried to reduce moisture, prevent mold, and ensure long-term preservation.

Steaming or heat processing
Cashews are steamed or heat processed to remove the hard outer shell.

Shelling
After heat processing, cashews are shelled by machine or by hand to extract the inner cashew kernels.

Sorting and cleaning
White cashew kernels are sorted by size and color, then cleaned to remove impurities and debris.

Drying
Cashew kernels are dried once again to achieve a certain level of crispness and ensure long-term preservation.

Packaging
After drying, white cashew kernels are packaged according to appropriate specifications for storage or transport.

After cooling, cashews are sorted and inspected to ensure quality, removing any burnt or substandard nuts.

Packaging
Salted roasted cashews are then tightly packaged to maintain their crispness and flavor, ready for distribution.

I am a founding shareholder of the Le Duong Cashew brand, born and raised on the fertile basalt land of Binh Phuoc, where cashew trees take root and nurture my entire childhood. From the time I was in my mother’s womb, I was fortunate to experience the aroma of the earth, leaves, and cashew flowers permeating my living environment. And as I grew up, a strong dream blossomed within me: to bring the clean, high-quality Binh Phuoc cashew brand to the world.
Like many other children of Binh Phuoc, I hope that our hometown cashews will be known and cherished by friends and partners everywhere, as a gift from the land of Binh Phuoc and the friendly country of Vietnam.
