Include: Product name, quantity, destination port, packing type, and any special requests.

🔹 Step 2: Quotation & Sample

We send a detailed quotation within 24 hours. Samples can be shipped upon request. Quote includes price, payment terms, lead time, and packaging details.

🔹 Step 3: Contract Confirmation

Once the quotation is approved, we sign a Sales Contract with agreed terms on quantity, payment, delivery time, and quality.

🔹 Step 4: Production & Quality Control

Production begins on schedule. Our QA/QC team inspects each stage carefully. Final products are vacuum-packed and securely palletized.

🔹 Step 5: Payment & Shipment

Buyer makes payment as per terms. We arrange container loading and provide full export documents: Invoice, Packing List, B/L, CO, Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Non GMO, Aflatoxin, Quality and Weight,  etc.

🔹 Step 6: After-Sales Support

We follow up after delivery and provide support if any issues arise. Our goal is to build long-term cooperation.
